- Spelling or grammatical errors in the provided content
- Low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the client
- Errors or omissions in customer-submitted files
We recommend carefully reviewing all designs before final approval.
5. Proofing and Approvals
Where applicable, we may provide digital proofs for customer review before production begins. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check and approve all elements of the proof (including layout, color, sizing, and content) before confirming the job.
Once a proof is approved:
- No changes can be made
- The order goes directly into production
- Any errors discovered after approval will not be the responsibility of our team.
6. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order is placed.
Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Delivery and Turnaround Time
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on order size, customization, and unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by third-party courier services
- Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
- Delivery issues arising from customer unavailability
