    To use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental or guardian consent. By using our website, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

    3. Order Placement and Acceptance

    When placing an order, it is your responsibility to provide accurate information regarding quantity, design, content, delivery address, and contact details. Orders may be placed through our website, email, or directly with our customer support team.

    We reserve the right to:

    • Request additional information to verify an order
    • Decline orders that contain inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content

    Order acceptance is confirmed through an order confirmation email or invoice. Until you receive confirmation, no agreement is deemed finalized.

    4. Design and Content Responsibility

    All content submitted to us for printing, such as artwork, logos, text, or images, remains the sole responsibility of the customer. You affirm that you hold the rights to use and reproduce any material provided and that it does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or third-party rights.

    We are not liable for:

    • Spelling or grammatical errors in the provided content
    • Low-resolution or poor-quality images supplied by the client
    • Errors or omissions in customer-submitted files

    We recommend carefully reviewing all designs before final approval.

    5. Proofing and Approvals

    Where applicable, we may provide digital proofs for customer review before production begins. It is your responsibility to thoroughly check and approve all elements of the proof (including layout, color, sizing, and content) before confirming the job.

    Once a proof is approved:

    • No changes can be made
    • The order goes directly into production
    • Any errors discovered after approval will not be the responsibility of our team.

    6. Pricing and Payments

    All prices are quoted and are subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order is placed.

    Orders will not be processed until payment is received in full unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    7. Delivery and Turnaround Time

    Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines and may vary depending on order size, customization, and unforeseen circumstances.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Delays caused by third-party courier services
    • Incomplete or incorrect delivery addresses
    • Delivery issues arising from customer unavailability

    Any delays will be communicated as soon as possible, and we will work diligently to ensure timely completion.

    8. Returns, Refunds, and Reprints

    Due to the customized nature of printing services, returns or exchanges are only applicable under certain conditions.

    We offer reprints or partial refunds if:

    • The product delivered does not match the approved proof
    • There is a clear production defect (e.g., smudged ink, poor cut, wrong quantity)

    To be eligible for a resolution:

    • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the issue
    • The product must be returned if requested for inspection

    We do not offer refunds for:

    • Design errors approved by the customer
    • Delays outside of our control
    • Slight color variation due to printing limitations

    9. Intellectual Property

    All content displayed on our website, including images, graphics, logos, designs, and text, is the property protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of this content without our prior written consent.

    Any customer-provided artwork or materials remain the intellectual property of the customer and are used strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

    10. Website Use and Conduct

    You agree not to use our website for any unlawful or harmful activity. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Uploading or sharing viruses or malicious code
    • Attempting unauthorized access to other systems or user accounts
    • Engaging in fraudulent behavior
    • Violating the rights of others

    We reserve the right to block or terminate access to users who violate these terms without notice.  

    11. Limitation of Liability

    We will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

    • The use or inability to use our website or services
    • Errors or inaccuracies in customer-provided content
    • Delays or delivery failures caused by third-party service providers
    • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

    Our total liability shall in no case exceed the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

    12. Force Majeure

    We are not liable for delays or failure in performance due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, labor strikes, internet failures, or government restrictions.
